Cloud Supply Chain Global operation (CSGO) organization within CSCP manages business operations performance and supplies hardware to the datacenters. Well-defined and executed supply chain management ensures reliable, on-time performance and optimized cost, prevents urgent and unplanned investments, and provides accurate and timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization. The role is essential to lead Cloud Logistics into the future of transportation and deployment excellence . The team is responsible for e2e logistics of the cloud supply chain across the world.

The role itself has several major accountabilities

* Develop the Logistics Strategy for the next 5 years keeping cost, carbon, cycle time and service levels in balance

* Transform Cloud Logistics given the constantly changing environment and requirements to be an agile and best in class member of the Microsoft Supply Chain

* Develop the Logistics partners and partner management function to serve Logistics in a resilient and cost competitive way

* Find optimization opportunities within the Supply Chain function and drive them towards executing using Lean, Industry Knowledge and Innovation to achieve such – focus on the triangle between Margin, Emissions & Service Levels

 * DataCenter delivery excellence & improving the customer experience

 * Develop & execute a new warehouse & deployment strategy for Datacenter deliveries keeping cost, carbon and cycle time in balance

* Led a team of highly skilled & motivated individuals to perform at their best with excellent leadership scores

* Own essential KPIs for Cloud Logistics (Margin, Cycle Time)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations-related roles OR equivalent experience.
• Exceptional Leadership qualities needed in a transformational role and across several organizations
• Strong communication and analytical skills to drive complex projects
• Deep industry knowledge of Logistics, Datacenter deliveries and warehouse as well as optimizing Supply Chain flows
• Proven track record of transformation and innovation in the Logistics Industry
• Long standing expertise in partner management and vendor / supplier relationships

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Fulfillment & Logistics M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 111,500.00 - € 212,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
