We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms. We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.

About the Role:

The Creative Production Manager will hold a comprehensive, bird's-eye view of all ongoing creative productions, encompassing video, motion design, photo, and audio projects. This pivotal role serves as a crucial interface between external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. The Creative Production Manager will be responsible for understanding the diverse needs of stakeholders, effectively translating those needs into actionable production plans, and skillfully navigating internal and external capacity to deliver high-quality creative assets. A strong understanding of the technical aspects of creative production, including software tools and project timelines based on complexity, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a holistic overview of all active video, motion design, photo, and audio productions.
  • Serve as the point of contact and liaison between external creative agencies and internal marketing, brand, and other relevant teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate stakeholder needs and feedback to external agencies and internal teams, ensuring alignment throughout the production process.
  • Manage internal resource allocation and external agency capacity to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and timelines are met.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication flow between all involved parties, proactively addressing potential roadblocks or challenges.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established parameters.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of creative production processes and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced collaboration.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of industry-standard software tools used in editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D), photo editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), and audio editing (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro X) to facilitate effective communication with production teams. (You need to know how long production takes with these tools, and what is possible technically, but not design or produce with them.)
  • Accurately estimate project timelines based on the complexity and scope of video, motion design, photo, and audio productions.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end processes involved in video production, motion design, photo production, and audio production.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows and the role of creative assets within marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with external creative agencies is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard software tools used in editing, animation, photo editing, and audio editing.
  • Ability to estimate project timelines based on complexity.
  • Experience with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
