Role Overview

Reporting to the Lead Corporate Paralegal, you will serve as the primary governance lead for Harvey’s EMEA and APAC entities.

You will own and manage corporate lifecycle matters across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local statutory and governance requirements. This role requires direct coordination with internal leadership, external directors, outside counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.

You will play a critical role in strengthening Harvey’s global governance infrastructure as the company continues to scale rapidly.

What You'll Do
  • Own governance and compliance oversight for Harvey’s EMEA and APAC subsidiary portfolio, ensuring adherence to local statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead full entity lifecycle management, including incorporations, restructurings, post-acquisition integrations, and dissolutions.

  • Proactively manage global governance calendars and statutory obligations, partnering with Finance, Tax, and external advisors to oversee annual accounts and required filings.

  • Coordinate and lead board, shareholder, and committee meetings, including agenda development, board materials preparation, and direct engagement with internal and external directors.

  • Draft and finalize corporate documentation, including minutes, written resolutions, secretary certificates, and related governance records.

  • Design and implement scalable governance processes and controls, while supporting high-impact legal and cross-functional initiatives tied to Harvey’s global growth.

What You Have
  • Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or multinational in-house environment.

  • Significant experience managing non-US subsidiaries and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of global corporate governance frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage governance workflows and statutory obligations.

  • Experience interacting with directors and senior stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational rigor and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
