Provide frontline technical support for enterprise customers of an AI-driven product (APIs, authentication, error logs, app access). Triage and resolve issues, collaborate cross-functionally, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to support process and knowledge base improvements. Role follows fixed Wednesday–Sunday schedule with hybrid work (3 days in office).

Build and lead Harvey’s Dublin-based Enterprise Application Engineering and AI Enablement teams. The role combines hiring and team development with hands-on system design, coding, integrations, code review, and production support. It owns internal applications, automations, SaaS integrations, reliability, security, and lifecycle management. The manager will apply AI agents to business workflows, establish engineering standards, partner with business stakeholders, make build-versus-buy decisions, and anchor BizTech engineering across EMEA.

Administer and scale go-to-market and customer success systems across Salesforce, Zendesk, enrichment platforms, and marketing automation. Build lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing, support workflows, automations, integrations, dashboards, and data-quality processes. Use AI agents and workflows to reduce manual administration and improve pipeline conversion, support performance, and customer retention. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and Operations while documenting scalable system architecture and processes.

The Sales Development Representative will drive growth by creating early-stage sales pipelines, engaging legal and professional services sectors, and nurturing leads through proactive outreach and collaboration with Account Executives.

The Senior Accountant will manage international accounting operations, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, statutory reporting, audits, payroll journals, tax support, and subsidiary funding requests. The role will coordinate with accounting service providers, corporate finance, auditors, and cross-functional teams while supporting global entity expansion. It will also improve financial controls and processes, including evaluating AI solutions for accounting efficiency.

Manage and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, marketing/staffing/procurement agreements); maintain templates and playbooks; improve contracting operations and workflows; escalate product/privacy/regulatory issues; negotiate DPAs; train and support go-to-market and cross-functional teams. Support contracts management system and broader legal operations.

Lead EMEA/JAPAC People Operations covering end-to-end employee lifecycle, global compliance programs (right-to-work, statutory leave, GDPR), partner with payroll/EOR vendors, build SOPs, and act as primary regional contact across People Systems, Legal, IT, Payroll, and Workplace. Drive program improvements and support global onboarding, changes, leaves, and offboarding.
