Drive early-stage pipeline across EMEA through personalized outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, partner with Account Executives, and contribute to sales playbook and data-driven outreach to meet pipeline and activity targets.

Lead EMEA/JAPAC People Operations covering end-to-end employee lifecycle, global compliance programs (right-to-work, statutory leave, GDPR), partner with payroll/EOR vendors, build SOPs, and act as primary regional contact across People Systems, Legal, IT, Payroll, and Workplace. Drive program improvements and support global onboarding, changes, leaves, and offboarding.

Lead and coach a team of SMB Account Executives across EMEA selling Harvey's AI platform to law firms and legal teams. Own territory planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue execution. Drive disciplined sales processes (MEDDPIC), run team cadence and deal reviews, and act as a player-coach on strategic deals to model discovery, demo, and negotiation best practices.
