Manage and optimize the recruiting technology stack (Ashby and integrations), design scalable processes and AI automation to improve hiring velocity, partner with Analytics to define and interpret recruiting metrics, run core recruiting workflows and ticketing, and coordinate with Finance, People, and IT to support headcount planning and onboarding.

Drive early-stage pipeline across EMEA through personalized outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, partner with Account Executives, and contribute to sales playbook and data-driven outreach to meet pipeline and activity targets.
