Own day-to-day recruiting operations across EMEA, handling complex processes, automating workflows, documenting procedures, and handing them off to the coordination team. Partner with analytics and AI teams on implementation projects while supporting regional hiring operations and improving process reliability.

Administer quarterly sales compensation calculations and payouts, including commissions, SPIFFs, accelerators, draws, and adjustments. Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and financial systems; prepare earnings and payout reports; support audits; resolve inquiries and disputes; maintain compensation processes and controls; and identify automation opportunities. Partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and People Operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Provides frontline technical support to enterprise legal, tax, and finance customers. Investigates issues involving AI output, authentication, SSO, tokens, APIs, integrations, and logs using tools such as Datadog, Snowflake, Auth0, and Omni. Owns cases through root cause, communicates clearly with customers, escalates complex issues, documents interactions, supports process improvements, and maintains reliable global coverage.
