  • Develop communication strategies that support talent acquisition goals;

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to strengthen candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey;

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all recruitment channels;

  • Manage and maintain the Growe Talents LinkedIn presence, including content planning, community engagement, and direct communication;

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and content performance to identify new content opportunities and audience interests;

  • Support employer branding initiatives through content research, messaging development, and creative campaign ideation;

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry communities, partners, and professional networks;

  • Identify and coordinate participation in relevant networking opportunities;

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and employer branding initiatives;

  • Develop and manage external podcast initiatives featuring company leaders, experts, and industry guests;

  • Create content themes, episode concepts, interview frameworks, and communication plans;

  • Coordinate production timelines and project coordination;

  • Review and quality-control all content assets before publication, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards;

  • Audit externally produced materials and provide feedback to contractors on visual identity, content quality, and brand consistency;

  • Curate and refine podcast content, identifying key insights, removing low-value segments, and improving audience relevance;

  • Lead communication planning for conferences, meetups, webinars, career fairs, and industry events;

  • Support executives and subject matter experts with speaking opportunities;

  • Draft executive messages, leadership updates, presentations, town hall content, and business announcements;

  • Translate complex business topics into clear and engaging communication materials;

  • Support change management communication initiatives;

  • Support communication initiatives related to company culture, values, employee recognition, and organizational milestones;

  • Create campaigns that strengthen employee connection and engagement;

  • Partner with People teams to support internal events and employee programs.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate and recruitment communications, employer branding, internal communications, or related fields;

  • Proven experience managing both internal and external communication initiatives;

  • Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing programs;

  • Experience creating executive-level communication materials;

  • Experience organizing events, webinars, podcasts, or content programs;

  • Experience in technology and iGaming environments;

  • Experience supporting senior leadership communications;

  • Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
