Job DescriptionWe are seeing unprecedented growth across several of our key practice areas. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
- Stakeholder management across all levels—from C-suite to developers—both internally and with clients.
- Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release.
- Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy or Public Sector organisation.
- Proven track record in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping, and documentation.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Experience in Digital or Application Modernisation Projects.
- Experience reviewing Functional Specification Documents to ensure alignment with Business Requirements.
- Experience with both large-scale and smaller projects, responsible for defining and designing business solutions.
- Understanding of technology and IT systems.
- Good project management skills with the ability to plan and schedule work to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex processes and concepts to non-experts.
- Demonstrated experience in data-focused projects, with Power BI knowledge considered a strong advantage.
