Senior Account Executives are responsible for helping prospective customers discover solutions to their business challenges and educating them about Service Express products and services. They are also responsible for the sales growth of the organisation’s services and converting leads into customers.

This role is based in Ireland, where the majority of our business is located within the Dublin area.

OTE: €140-€160K with the ability to earn more with an uncapped commission structure

What we are looking for from you: 

  • Engage and focus on procuring new logo customers
  • Proven ability to identify, build and control pipeline with a can do attitude
  • Uncover prospects’ needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges
  • Ability to craft and deliver proposals on solutions for our customers effectively with our customers needs at the forefront 
  • Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology to qualify new leads, overcoming prospect objections, and pricing/negotiating deals that are profitable to Service Express
  • Effectively run and execute meetings with new prospects and set meetings with prospects that hold and build pipeline
  • Source and generate new business, by prospecting and cold calling potential customers
  • Develop and deliver customised prospect proposals based on needs analysis to prospective customers

What you will bring:

  • Proven top performer covering the 360 lifecycle of a sales process
  • Unwavering resilience 
  • Experience within IT sales and channel business partners
  • Come with a successful track record in Third Party Maintenance sales desirable but not essential

An unlimited amount of confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent

Software: Microsoft Office, SalesForce (training provided where required)

  • Up to €70,000 base dependent on experience  + uncapped commission (OTE upwards of €100k in the first year)
