We’re hiring for a Senior Account Executive to join the team in our Dublin Office
Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategic media plan & client servicing on a selection of exciting brands within the portfolio You’ll partner with clients, external agencies, as well as internal teams within dentsu to foster great relationships and deliver innovative and impactful data-driven media plans that grow your clients’ brands. You will immerse yourself with the clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, acting as a business advisor to your clients – you will truly be an extension of their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs
- Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget
- Supports Client Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration
- Connects with client to support delivery of communication and service.
- May research new market trends to incorporate into planning.
- Monitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate
Qualifications + Skills
- Marketing experience in a fast paced team environment, any experience in media or from within client/agency is preferable
- Strong experince in media planning and client servicing
- Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail with he ability to multitask and deliver in a high-pressure environment
- A good understanding of Excel and Powerpoint with a high standard of administration and financial diligence

- The team is based in our Dublin office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week but more days will be required in your probation as you get up to speed in your new role.
