Salesforce Revenue Enablement Lead

Location: Multi-region (Americas, Europe/MEIAM, APAC)

Department: Revenue Enablement

Reports to: Head of Client Data and Salesforce Business Partner

Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our newly formed Salesforce Revenue Enablement Team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring that client proposals are accurately interpreted, validated, and configured in Salesforce to support automated billing and revenue recognition.

The Salesforce Revenue Enablement Lead will oversee a multi-regional team responsible for partnering with Sales, CRM, CSMs, Onboarding and Data teams to ensure the integrity of fee proposals, product combinations, and Salesforce data. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple regions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adequate coverage across time zones and regions (Americas, Europe/MEIAM, APAC).
  • Operational Oversight
  • Oversee the review and validation of client proposals and fee structures.
  • Ensure accurate configuration of Opportunities in Salesforce, including product selection, pricing, documentation, and commission splits.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality to support downstream billing via Workday.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, CRM, CSMs, Onboarding, Client Data, and Data Quality teams.
  • Provide strategic input into sales process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support regulated Funds industry proposals, particularly in Europe.
  • Drive consistency and efficiency in Opportunity management processes.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and CPQ teams to optimize configuration workflows.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, data accuracy, and operational KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a sales operations, revenue enablement, or commercial support function.
  • Deep understanding of the Funds industry, including regulated environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; CPQ experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multi-regional teams and supporting global operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Apex or equivalent product suite and associated pricing models.
  • Familiarity with automated billing systems and integration workflows (e.g., Salesforce to Workday).
  • Background in commercial governance or proposal assurance.
