KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer and merchant support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service.
- Assist the sales team with contract preparation, client documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Oversee office administration, including reception duties, office supplies, and equipment management.
- Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and manage invoicing.
- Communicate with international offices, partners, third parties, and authorities, ensuring compliance and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking.

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Must have a legal right to work in Ireland without the need for visa sponsorship.
