Description

Euronet seeks to employ a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist and enhance sales operations and administrative functions in our offices in Ireland.

 The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and contribute to a leading multinational financial services company with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer and merchant support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Assist the sales team with contract preparation, client documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Oversee office administration, including reception duties, office supplies, and equipment management.
  • Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and manage invoicing.
  • Communicate with international offices, partners, third parties, and authorities, ensuring compliance and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a legal right to work in Ireland without the need for visa sponsorship.
