DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be the go‑to person for creating accurate, timely pricing quotes that help our teams win business. You’ll work closely with account managers, vendors, and partners — helping them get the right information, at the right time, to move deals forward. This role is perfect for someone who loves administration, enjoys building strong working relationships, and wants to grow their career within the dynamic world of IT and cybersecurity.

If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, then this could be the perfect role.

As the Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in our quoting process by:

  • Preparing accurate, competitive quotes for cybersecurity products and services

  • Interpreting price lists, discounts and special pricing agreements

  • Ensuring quotes match vendor licensing rules, subscription terms and renewal structures

  • Keeping quote documentation organised and up to date in CRM and quoting tools

  • Working with account managers to understand deal requirements and deadlines

  • Recommending the best product options or bundles where appropriate

  • Responding to pricing requests and helping complete RFQs or quote revisions

  • Coordinating with vendors to secure special pricing, approvals or promotions

  • Verifying product SKUs, pricing, licensing and stock availability before issuing quotes

  • Checking inventory levels and confirming delivery times for products

  • Liaising with supply chain teams and vendors on lead times and logistics

  • Supporting improvements to templates, workflows and quoting processes

  • Completing general administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Sales Support Specialist, will:

  • Experience in an administrative, sales support or customer service role

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Great communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and partners

  • An interest in IT or cybersecurity (knowledge is a bonus, but curiosity is enough!)

  • A logical approach to understanding pricing, licensing or technical information

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP tools, quoting software or Microsoft Excel

  • Experience checking stock, pricing or supplier information (advantageous but not essential)
