HybridWhat you will do
The Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales organization by providing data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, managing reporting and analytics, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools and systems. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to improve sales performance, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.
This is a junior level position.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, aggregate, clean, analyze and interpret financial data related to sales, costs, and market trends,
Develop and maintain tools to support business planning and forecasting,
Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for commercial team ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis,
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve business performance,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights,
Monitor and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements,
Assist in financial evaluations of new business opportunities and projects,
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial analyses and reports,
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets,
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of analytical tools (Power BI, Power Query, SQL),
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our requirements:
Fluency in Hungarian is mandatory,
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field,
Up to 3 years of experience as this is junior-level role,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas),
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar,
Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.),
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy,
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
