Looking to kickstart an ambitious career in technology sales? Procore is looking for an outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing sales team in Dublin. Our Sales Development organisation is an essential component of our corporate sales model and has helped fuel our incredible EMEA growth for the past several years. As a BDR, you’ll master the fundamentals of B2B sales, develop a deep understanding of the trillion-dollar construction industry, and showcase how Procore's platform helps improve one of the world’s largest sectors.

We pride ourselves on setting impressive goals, supporting each other's professional growth, and having a blast achieving them together. We value an inclusive, collaborative floor culture and are looking for optimistic, highly motivated individuals to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Fuel Our Growth: Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint across the territory.

  • Partner 1:1 with a Closer: Partner directly with Account Executives as a strategic pod. Together, you will map out target accounts, plan call strategies, and work toward mutually aligned monthly sales quotas.

  • Master Outbound Engagement: Engage construction professionals through structured phone, email, and social outreach channels to understand their unique workflow challenges and identify opportunities to solve them.

  • Own Your Day: Conduct daily high-volume activities including pre-call account research, high-velocity prospecting runs, and consistent follow-up to nurture long-term leads.

  • Operate with Autonomy: Be empowered to operate beyond your core day-to-day role; help the team optimize our outbound processes, suggest fresh campaign ideas, and actively contribute to training sessions.

  • Maintain Elite Tech Hygiene: Manage, track, and maintain accurate lead details, opportunities, and account histories within Salesforce.com.

What we're looking for:

  • Sales Drive & Ambition: A clear, long-term motivation to pursue a high-growth career in technology and master the fundamentals of corporate software sales.

  • Resilience and Grit: A proven will to achieve goals—possessing the persistence and positive attitude to stay motivated and push harder when the going gets tough.

  • Coachability & Continuous Learning: Self-aware, reflective, and eager to grow. You digest constructive feedback critically, adapt quickly to overcome challenges, and are excited to master the Procore product certification track.

  • A Team-First Mindset: A desire to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you win as a collective, celebrate team victories, and lift up the people around you.

  • Living Our Core Values: A natural alignment with Ownership (taking pride in your patch), Optimism (bringing great energy to the floor), and Openness (communicating transparently, thoughtfully, and with genuine empathy).

  • Dublin Based: You are ready to join us onsite in our Dublin office to collaborate with the team, soak up the unique culture, and enjoy our famous free lunches!

To REALLY stand out, you have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced software, SaaS, or high-volume customer-facing sales role.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit—experience running your own university society, side-hustle, or independent projects.

  • Direct exposure to, or a strong interest in, the construction, engineering, or property development ecosystems.

  • A documented track record of hitting targets, whether in previous sales functions, competitive sports, or academic milestones.

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and career experience.

The Process: If your profile looks like a fit, our recruiting team will reach out for a "Coffee Chat" screen. No pressure, no formal case studies yet - just a chance for us to get to know you and for you to see if Procore is your next home.

Please Note: This is a "Pipeline" posting intended to identify potential candidates for future openings. By applying, you are registering your interest for upcoming roles and not a currently active vacancy. We will review all applications and contact relevant candidates as soon as a new seat launches.
