Guatemala, mostly remote with occasional working days at the Guatemala City Office. Hours 9 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time

Revenue Operations Specialist at GoTo
 

Exciting opportunity for an accounting professional looking to join GoTo, the all-in-one solution for essential connections, making Business Communications and IT support easy for small-to-medium-sized businesses. This position is part of the Revenue Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detailed oriented, person looking for a challenging growth opportunity in a finance role.  

This role consists of team members from across multiple countries for our GoTo Connect Products. The role handles quote approval, order processing, invoicing for service, research and resolving account disputes and equipment tickets. You will be a contributing player on our team as you apply your skills in this role.

Your Day to Day
 

•    Review sales quotes applying accounting standards and internal policies. Collaborating with sales teams to understand their perspectives and align on shared goals, using data driven insights.
•    Enter sales orders and contract terms into the Company's order entry systems, assuring accuracy
•    Ensure orders are entered accurately and according to established departmental SLAs
•    Provide thorough and timely support to internal teams, which may include but not limited to Sales, Customer Care, Provisioning, Technical Customer Management, Product Managers, Accounting, Cash Applications and Customer Payment Support on customer account and billing inquiries
•    Review credit and refund requests, obtaining proper approvals and process in accordance with the Company's Policies (Sarbanes- Oxley controls)
•    Process invoicing accurately and completely in a timely manner within established SLAs
•    Accuracy --- You will be accountable for identifying paper contracts over 50K to be reviewed and approved to make sure we have accuracy within the paper contracts coming in.
 

What We’re Looking For
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, your background will look like:

•    Flexibility: Willingness to adjust schedule based on month/quarter and year end deadlines that may include weekend and holiday coverage. Ability to attend required training/meetings. 
•    Previous Billing Experience: Prior billing and resolution skills experience, 1+ years preferred in BPO / Contact Center environment or related field.
•    Attention to detail: This role processes large volumes of customer orders with specific deadlines.   Accuracy of complex, repetitive tasks is essential
•    Collaborative: Ability to work independently to meet individual goals and development while working with a team to drive overall company success  
•    Communicative: Communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism with Stakeholders internal partners and customers 
•    Other Tools: Prior experience with sales-related booking system i.e., Salesforce & Netsuite. Basic to intermediate Excel skill preferred 

• Advanced English skills 80% (Written & Spoken)
