We’re looking for a Retrofit Project Manager to lead the delivery of domestic energy efficiency upgrades under SEAI-supported schemes. From insulation to heat pumps, you’ll oversee a wide range of retrofit solutions that help homeowners reduce energy consumption and contribute to Ireland’s net zero goals.
This is a hybrid role – you’ll work across office, home, and on-site locations to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead retrofit projects from planning to completion, ensuring high standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with technical assessors, contractors, and internal teams to scope and execute retrofit plans.
- Ensure compliance with SEAI regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
- Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
Here’s who we’re looking for:
- Experience managing domestic retrofit projects aligned with SEAI schemes.
- Knowledge of NZEB/Passive Housing or a background in construction, civil engineering, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to prioritise and adapt.
- A relevant qualification in construction or trades.
