Job Description

We are looking for a Retentions Specialist  to join our dynamic team. In this role, success means building strong relationships with our valued customers, just as you would understand from your experience within a utility company. You’ll be the first point of contact for retentions, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported, which directly translates to reducing churn and maintaining customer loyalty.

You will manage renewals and identify upgrade opportunities, thinking strategically about our customers' evolving needs, similar to planning for infrastructure upgrades. You'll also be responsible for accurate data reporting, helping us make informed commercial decisions. Imagine analysing energy usage data to predict demand, it’s similar to how you’ll leverage structured data for our operations.

We need someone who is data-driven, proficient in Excel, organised, charismatic, and resilient. You'll be project managing installations and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and happy customers, just like overseeing major utility projects. Your experience in a similar fast-paced environment will be invaluable. If you have a knack for identifying and acting on opportunities, a strong background in customer service, and a drive to meet and exceed targets, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

We need fluency in English, at least 18 months in a retention role within a similar commercial setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree are desirable. If you understand the importance of every connection and every customer, you'll fit right in.
