Working closely with strategic partners, alliance teams, sales leadership, and vendor stakeholders, you will identify and qualify opportunities, generate demand, and support revenue growth through a partner-first go-to-market approach. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with experience in ServiceNow, enterprise SaaS, digital workflow solutions, or adjacent technology markets including cybersecurity.

As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities for ServiceNow and complementary technology solutions.

  • Develop strong relationships with partner sales, pre-sales, and practice leaders to increase mindshare and opportunity creation.

  • Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with vendor, alliance, and field sales teams to accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle and support successful deal closure.

  • Conduct account research, map key stakeholders, and identify business challenges where ServiceNow can deliver measurable value.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

  • Proven success in business development, inside sales, channel sales, partner sales, or demand generation within enterprise technology markets.

  • Experience selling ServiceNow solutions, or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Atlassian, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Freshworks, Zendesk, BMC, Ivanti, or similar.

  • Demonstrable track record of building and converting sales pipeline through indirect and partner-led sales motions.

  • Consistent achievement of pipeline, sales, or revenue targets in a high-growth environment.

  • Strong outbound prospecting, cold-calling, email outreach, social selling, and opportunity qualification skills.

  • Experience working with channel partners, managed service providers, systems integrators, value-added resellers

The ideal Inside Sales Specialist:

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or equivalent sales management platforms.

  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, platform, partner landscape, and digital workflow solutions.

  • Experience selling or supporting ITSM, IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Asset Management, Security Operations, Governance Risk & Compliance, or related ServiceNow solutions.

  • Experience within the cybersecurity industry, including exposure to security operations, cyber resilience, identity, cloud security, network security, data protection, threat management, or security services solutions.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity vendors, channel partner ecosystems, and partner-led go-to-market models.

  • Experience working within a technology distributor, value-added distributor, systems integrator, or vendor alliance environment.
