💻 Role
  • Own scheduling logistics across all teams and international time zones — ensuring interviews are confirmed accurately and both candidates and interviewers have all necessary details.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling, proactively flag conflicts, and communicate updates clearly and promptly.

  • Leverage Ashby for scheduling, tracking, and analytics — automating workflows where possible to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent candidate experience.

  • Track and report recruiting metrics to keep the hiring team informed and identify opportunities to optimize the recruiting process.

  • Drive recruiting enablement, including maintaining documentation, helping with trainings, and fielding ad hoc requests.

  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling or process challenges and resolve them before they become blockers.

  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives, taking ownership and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.

Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Dublin, Ireland hub and are open to in-office work.
