We're looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Prismic has built a Headless Website Builder used by thousands of companies around the world. Creative developers use Prismic to create modern websites and make them easily editable by marketing teams. We've established a trust-based selling culture focused on nurturing long-term relationships.

Our role is to partner with hiring managers across departments to find exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds and cultures. What you'll do 🔧


- Hire, a lot!

- Raise the bar with every hire

- Deliver on key targets and provide reporting metrics to optimize our processes and hire smarter

- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that everything is smooth and that we conduct quality hiring processes

- Ensure a great candidate experience

- Advise hiring managers, setting up and managing expectations

- Improve time-to-fill, achieving monthly targets

- Your work will play a critical role in driving Prismic’s growth by bringing in top talent and strengthening our team across the board

- Transform hiring managers into strategic partners by educating them on moving beyond intuition-based hiring. Help them build effective hiring strategies by translating requirements into actionable frameworks, tests, and clear job descriptions. Guide them in setting up a structured, data-driven hiring process that ensures the right talent joins their teams

- 7+ years of experience in Recruitment

- Fluent English - we are an English-first (and only) company

- A data-driven mindset

- Organization and time management skills

- Experience recruiting for Tech or Sales & Marketing

- Someone who understands processes and is diligent with systems

- Experience and familiarity in incorporating AI technologies into their tasks and workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

- Lastly, self-awareness is key.


Bonus Points

- Startup experience would be nice to have

- Experience recruiting for SaaS companies would be ideal
