The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter based in EMEA to lead recruiting efforts for expanding our sales presence across the region. As the sole recruiter in EMEA, you’ll play a critical role in building our regional GTM (go-to-market) organization, which includes Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. - Partner closely with hiring managers across EMEA to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, with a focus on building our regional sales presence.
- Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent using creative and proactive methods that align with the regional talent market.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a trusted guide throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining efficient workflows and high data integrity in our ATS.
- Analyze hiring metrics and leverage insights to optimize recruitment strategies and inform decision-making.

Who You Are
- Experience: 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring for sales roles in EMEA, preferably at SaaS companies.
- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA talent market and familiarity with regional hiring practices.
- Candidate-Centric: Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences and fostering trust throughout the hiring process.
