As a Recruiter, you’ll partner with teams across EMEA, Mexico, and Brazil to attract and hire exceptional talent. As a Riot brand ambassador, you’ll deliver an inclusive, thoughtful, and high-quality candidate experience while bringing Riot’s teams, products, and player-focused mission to life. You’ll also contribute to projects and process improvements that strengthen our recruiting practices globally.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition – EMEA, Mexico & Brazil, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing sourcing strategies and engaging talent to partnering with hiring teams on their recruitment needs. You’ll build a strong understanding of the teams and talent markets you support, helping shape effective hiring strategies and workforce plans.

This role is based in our Dublin office and operates on a hybrid working model, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end to end recruitment process including stakeholder management & interview coordination across all pillars and disciplines. 
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines, identifying candidates across multiple markets and geographies.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean search, targeted campaigns, talent communities, referrals, events, and specialist networks.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive talent, tailoring outreach to different roles, markets, and candidate profiles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, talent landscapes, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders, delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track sourcing and recruitment metrics to assess pipeline health, identify gaps, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure recruitment activity remains efficient, compliant, and consistent across different international markets.
  • Champion Riot’s employer brand when engaging global technical talent, effectively communicating our opportunities, culture, and player-focused mission.
Required Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of professional recruiting experience within the games industry and/or software development.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, stakeholder management, onboarding, and international hiring for software engineering and other technical roles.
  • Strong experience in talent operations, recruitment project management, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting for or supporting roles within game development.
  • Understanding of software development disciplines, roles, and talent profiles.
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
