Job Description

As a recruiter, you will work in partnership with our Enabling Functions and Spanish Market management teams to deliver an end to end recruitment service for volume hires using direct sourcing, internal movement and referrals.

 

Based in our Cherrywood office, you will work with business leaders, people partners and sourcing specialists to deliver a high-quality recruitment service. You will seek to understand the recruitment challenges specific to each client area and provide solutions through data and market insights to meet the business delivery requirements.

 

Accountabilities for your role

 

·       Support full-life cycle recruitment candidate identification, selection and offer development

·       Develop a detailed understanding of our Enabling Functions and Spanish business units to provide best practice recruitment support and become a credible and trusted talent advisor to client groups.

·       Work closely with our sourcing team to identify quality talent and develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.  Leverage the strength of our brands to promote opportunities

·       Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer analysis and development

·       Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure compliance.

·       Achieve recruitment metrics against targets.

·       Focus on a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.

 

Competencies for your Role

 

·       Proven recruitment expert with previous in-house recruitment experience ideally in volume hiring supporting multiple markets

·       Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written Spanish

·       Proven track record of developing effective relationships and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders

·       Highly organised with previous experience of maintaining recruitment plans, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, flagging and managing risks and reporting success

·       Comfortable with data and the ability to use this to drive insight that is valuable to business and People stakeholders

·       A working knowledge of HR best practices in both Ireland and Spain

·       A team player but who is comfortable operating independently when required

 

Technical Competencies for your Role

 

·       Experience with ATS systems, ideally Workday

·       Strong presentation skills

·       Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders

·       Familiar with relevant legislations/guidelines eg, F&P an advantage

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
