As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Recruiter to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (LinkedIn, Mobygames etc) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen and interview both passive and active candidates.
  • Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever.
  • Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects.
  • Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Continuously enhance your domain knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing within the games industry
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods.
  • Genuine passion for computer games or game development.
  • Proven experience partnering with hiring managers.
  • Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the game industry.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work onsite in our Studio in Dublin
