The Qualtrics Platform Analyst manages the Qualtrics platform, analyzes survey data for insights, ensures data quality, and collaborates with teams to optimize survey solutions.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Qualtrics Platform Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Qualtrics experience management platform, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Qualtrics platform, ensuring its optimal performance and utilization
- Design, develop, and implement surveys and other data collection tools using Qualtrics
- Analyze survey data and create comprehensive reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective survey solutions
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Qualtrics platform usage
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the survey process
- Stay up-to-date with Qualtrics platform updates and best practices
- Develop and implement strategies to increase survey response rates and data quality
- Assist in the integration of Qualtrics with other business systems and tools
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with survey design and methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualtrics certification or advanced training
- Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies
- Familiarity with API integrations and web technologies
- Experience in financial services or related industry
