Description:

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the evaluation of the quality of live games broadcast on Imagin Live. The role involves monitoring and assessing the quality of on-air services, interactions with customers, and the overall performance of the games. The position includes identifying issues, reporting errors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting continuous improvement processes.

Shifts:

  • 1st day: 08:00-16:00
  • 2nd day: 16:00-00:00
  • 3rd day: 00:00-08:00

After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live games in real-time or through archived videos to ensure adherence to rules and procedures
  • Evaluate the performance of game presenters and shufflers based on established key performance indicators
  • Clearly and thoroughly document any procedural, regulatory, compliance violations and technical issues or discrepancies
  • Monitor the appearance of game presenters and shufflers for compliance with existing procedures
  • Monitor the interaction of game presenters with customers to ensure it meets company standards
  • Monitor the quality of shufflers' work and the proper execution of shuffle related processes and procedures 
  • Monitor the quality of live game broadcasts — audio and video — to ensure that the game runs without technical interruptions
  • Ensure that the images of broadcasted games meet accepted standards
  • Conduct regular checks on gaming systems and provide feedback with improvement suggestions
  • Clearly report errors, technical issues, and any operational concerns
  • Collaborate with the shift management department to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain files and reports on gaming quality standards
  • Ensure that live gaming operations comply with local and international gaming regulations
  • Suggest and provide feedback on opportunities to improve the quality of games and services
  • Carry out other functions as assigned by the direct supervisor or as required by the position

Qualifications:

  • Previous online casino experience 
  • Online game proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Diligence and initiative
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Skills in database management
