We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will work closely with leaders and teams to drive people strategy, enhance employee experience, and support business growth. This role is not just operational  it’s about being a trusted partner, influencing decisions, and shaping a healthy, high-performing culture. 

Responsibilities 


  • Partner with stakeholders and managers to understand team needs and provide effective HR solutions.  
  • Coach and support managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development. 
  • Manage employee relations topics and help resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.  
  • Monitor employee engagement and organizational health, identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and propose actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless employee experience.  
  • Support organizational changes and help teams navigate growth and transformation. 

 

Qualifications 


  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Parter. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence at different levels of the organization. 
  • Experience handling employee relations and performance management topics. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.  
  • Fluency in Armenian and English. 

 

Working Hours and Terms 


Working Hours: from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. accordingly. 

WorkdaysMonday to Friday (5 working days). 

Hybrid Schedule52 days per year, equivalent to one remote workday per week.
