At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Plan, organize and conduct formal reviews and assessments of complex domains areas, cross-functional areas, and across the supply chain.
  • Evaluate, appraise and identify non-compliances with organizational standards and determines the underlying reasons for non-compliance.
  • Produce test documentation such as (Event) Test Plans, Test cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, test reports, etc.
  • Provide assurance to test artefacts such as the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Manage the design, planning and execution of the V&V events and its reporting.
  • Provides support to projects where the execution is performed by an external contractor.
  • Provide support to the operational community in operational acceptance activities.
Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • 3 years of higher education after secondary school in IT or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in planning and executing testing, verification, and validation activities within large, complex projects.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with functional, non-functional, and interoperability testing of systems and products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members during complex project executions.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software system architectures typically used in system design.
  • Experience leading teams of testers, quality engineers, or development engineers.
  • Proficient in using and testing within virtualized and cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with leading test management, defect tracking, and requirements management tools.
  • Experience overseeing independent testing activities conducted by external parties.
  • Advanced certification in the area of testing and testing management and experience with assurance tools and processes will be an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 level).
