🚀 About Awesomic

We are a web app that matches businesses from around the world with the best-fit talents using an AI-driven algorithm. Since our founding in 2020, we’ve completed 14,000+ tasks for 4,000+ clients, including Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, Y Combinator startups, and various VC funds.

Now Hiring: Design Project Manager (Design QA) who thrives at the intersection of design excellence, process improvement, and people operations. In this role, you’ll be a guardian of quality, ensuring every design task meets the high standards expected by clients while also supporting our network of creative talents in growing and thriving.

Location: Europe (preferably in Lisbon), LatAm. Can work and align schedule with PST.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

  • Monitor tasks flagged for potential quality issues and analyze patterns.

  • Identify root causes of task issues—whether talent-related or external (briefs, comms, expectations)

  • Deliver clear and actionable feedback to designers to support their growth

  • Oversee the quality review process by checking completed design tasks and leading a junior QA team to ensure every submission is assessed consistently and performance issues are identified early

  • Assist in matching talents to projects based on skill fit, task type, and context

  • Manage performance review requests and satisfaction surveys from designers

  • Share insights from feedback and surveys to improve internal processes

  • Plan and co-host monthly community calls

  • Support cross-team alignment by sharing updates on investigations and quality status

🧑‍🚀 About You:

  • You're available to work 9 AM – 6 PM San Francisco time (PST)

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in a design-related field

  • You understand design—can evaluate quality and clearly articulate what makes a design effective or lacking

  • You're a natural problem solver who takes ownership and thrives when working independently

  • You’re curious, proactive, and self-motivated, always seeking better ways to improve outcomes

  • You stay calm under pressure, think quickly, and make values-driven decisions when urgency hits

  • You genuinely care about customer satisfaction and aim to make every interaction seamless and impactful

  • You're a confident communicator with fluent English, able to express ideas clearly across teams

💎 What's on us:

  • You’ll join the coolest community of goal-driven people who love what they do and are ready to change the game with innovative decisions;

  • You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Roman Sevast and Stacy Pavlyshyna, Founders of Awesomic, YC alumni, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees;

  • You’ll have unlimited prospects to develop as a professional;

  • You'll benefit from a mental health support program, a work laptop (MacBook), unlimited vacation days, coverage for courses and other learning activities, health insurance, and the ability to work in a hub in Warsaw, Kyiv, or Lisbon.

We'd love to meet our new Design Project Manager soon! 😎
