We are in search of a candidate to be responsible for establishing and leading a proficient Quality Assurance (QA) team that ensures the quality and functionality of our products. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to build and mentor a team of QA professionals. The ideal candidate possesses a can-do attitude, thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is highly motivated to deliver software to production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a QA Team Lead or similar role, with a track record of building and managing successful QA teams.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong skills in writing and managing complicated system test plans and documentation.
- Proven experience with the Jira ticketing system or similar systems.
- At least 3 years of experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Cypress, Appium).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding certain programming languages: PHP and Javascript
- High level of English in both verbal and written form
