Responsibilities:
- Install, Configure and Deploy Telecom Products.
- Implementation of new requirements as well as Production support for existing solutions.
- Support requirements gathering, solution designing and planning phases.
- Be an active team member, support Developers/QA/BA.
Key Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and Problem resolution.
- Business configuration skills.
- Advanced experience in 2nd and 3rd Level Support of Products/Installations.
- Experience working with:
- Relational Databases (preferable Oracle12).
- Application Servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, IIS, etc.).
- Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows Server, Unix / Linux).
- Web Services REST/SOAP.
- Programming skills JavaScript.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- +4 years IT Industry experience.
Desirable:
- Experience in Agile Methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban).
- OpenStack/Docker/Kubernetes knowledge.
- Programming Skills (Java, Bash, Python).
- Automation sills (selenium, RPA).
- PSM, PSD, PSPO Agile Certifications (A plus).
- Linux Certifications (A plus).
- ITIL Certifications (A plus).
Additional Requirements:
- College graduate Computing / Systems Engineering or related career.
- Availability to travel abroad eventually.
- Experience working with remote teams.
