AtkinsRéalis is one of the world’s leading providers of engineering professional consulting and support services, with offices across Ireland. We are looking for a Project Manager with a relevant experience to join our Dublin office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment on diverse public (Aviation) projects. In this role, you will: Lead projects as a client-facing Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery. Contribute to innovative and high-quality engineering solutions. The candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, willing to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team.

Duties will include:

• Project Management Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion. Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Financial management of project delivery. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and graduates. Preparation of project reports (Planning, Tender, Construction Stage).
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Manage contract negotiations and administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Business Development & Client Engagement Support business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documentation. Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.

Desirable skills/attributes:

• Chartered Engineer / Chartered Project Professional Experience managing projects from commencement to handover.
• Good communication skills and can prioritise and manage workload effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with on-site project management and contract administration.
