Your Impact
The Hardware Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering hardware installation projects across the Ireland & UK region. The role manages field engineering resources, ensures high-quality installation and commissioning, and drives strong customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a highly client-facing position focused on operational excellence, delivery governance, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and communication. The role also supports smooth handovers to the Service & Maintenance team and assists with resource coordination for reactive service requirements when needed.

What You’ll Do
In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of hardware installation projects across Ireland & UK.
  • Lead and develop field engineers through task assignment, scheduling, guidance, and performance support.
  • Own project planning, scheduling, site coordination, and delivery governance.
  • Act as primary customer point of contact during project delivery, ensuring clear communication and professional representation.
  • Deliver project reporting, progress updates, and commercial awareness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee installation quality, commissioning standards, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and updates within NetSuite and project delivery tools.
  • Support project-to-service handover documentation and coordination to ensure seamless transition to Service & Maintenance teams.
  • Provide field engineering support planning to the Service & Maintenance team when required (e.g., resource availability or escalation support).
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Technical Service, Software Delivery, and Finance to ensure effective delivery execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Global project delivery standards, processes, and field practices.
  • Support subcontractor coordination where necessary.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management or field leadership within the electronic security or technical installation environment.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and security hardware installation practices.
  • Experience managing field engineers or technical resources.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, coordination, and project planning.
  • Strong customer interaction skills and ability to manage expectations and escalations.
  • Experience using project or service delivery platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-site-based delivery environment.

  • Experience delivering hardware projects in critical infrastructure environments (airports, pharma
