Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience of NEC contracts? In this role you will manage support in the management of complex contracts, guide stakeholders, and support delivery of nationally significant D&B infrastructure projects in Ireland including metro, aviation, rail, water and highway schemes comprising tunnelling and other heavy civil works. 

Join our Project & Programme Management team and help us deliver excellent outcomes. 

About you
You will bring strong experience delivering D&B infrastructure projects, with a track record of contributing to major programmes from a construction and delivery perspective. You are commercially aware, comfortable operating within NEC contract environments, and capable of driving outcomes across multidisciplinary teams and supply chain interfaces. Typical background and skills include:

• Significant experience (5–10+ years) delivering D&B infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of construction management within complex programme environments
• Experience working within NEC contract frameworks and familiarity with contract management systems (e.g. CEMAR) desirable
• Proven ability to lead elements of delivery within large, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience managing technical outputs and driving efficiency in engineering delivery
• Experience in quality assurance and ensuring compliance with project and industry standards
• Qualifications in a relevant field, e.g. Engineering
• Relevant certification e.g. Project Management Professional, Certified Construction Manager, OSHA Safety Certification
• Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) or working towards this; and/or Associate Member / Member (or equivalent) of a recognised professional body (e.g. APM, IPM)

Working pattern
You will be required to attend various project sites across Dublin as part of the role.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from concept development through to enabling works and completion
• Define and control scope, budget, and programme
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Monitor progress and adapt plans to maintain delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Manage risks, issues, and operational interfaces
• Oversee contracts, reporting, and project performance (cost, schedule, quality)
• Drive integration across packages, systems, and programme teams
