Manage and control project documentation across large infrastructure programmes. Maintain CDE/document management systems, ensure version control, naming conventions, traceability, and workflows. Support audits, governance, archiving, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement to enable compliant and efficient project delivery.

Lead QA/QC activities on major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards and regulations. Manage inspections, audits, ITPs, non-conformances, testing and handover; liaise with contractors and stakeholders to mitigate quality risks and promote continuous improvement.

Manage cost planning, forecasting, control and commercial performance for major infrastructure D&B projects in Ireland. Produce estimates, budgets, cashflow, reports, support procurement and contract administration (NEC4), assess change and claims, advise project teams, contribute to risk/cost analysis, value engineering and governance, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.

Provide on-site technical and NEC contract support for D&B infrastructure projects. Supervise construction activities, check quality and safety, witness inspections and testing, manage defects and remedial works, support contract administration and claims, maintain site records, and assist with handover, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Lead end-to-end delivery of design & build infrastructure projects (metro, aviation, rail, water, highways). Control scope, budget, programme, contracts and quality; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across complex programmes.

Supervise day-to-day on-site delivery of major infrastructure projects (metro, rail, highways, aviation, water). Monitor contractor performance, ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and programme requirements, review drawings and RAMS, record progress, coordinate stakeholders, support inspections and commissioning, and resolve risks and non-conformances while representing the client on site.

Lead development and implementation of integrated project controls across major infrastructure projects. Establish controls frameworks, integrate cost/schedule/risk, manage reporting, dashboards and KPIs, support forecasting, change control, contractor reviews, assurance activities and stakeholder reporting to drive performance and governance.

Lead delivery of large D&B infrastructure programmes (metro, aviation, rail, water, highways) from inception to completion. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, commercial controls, contracts, procurement, forecasting, risk management, quality, safety and sustainability, and maintain client and stakeholder relationships while mentoring project teams to meet programme, cost and quality targets.

Lead NEC contract and commercial management for major design & build infrastructure programmes. Set contract strategies, monitor contractor/consultant performance, manage claims and disputes, oversee contract interfaces, provide commercial advice, produce performance reports, and mentor a small team within large multi-disciplinary delivery teams.

Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project programmes and schedules for major infrastructure projects. Integrate design, procurement and construction activities, monitor progress against baselines, identify risks and critical path impacts, produce reports and dashboards, review contractor programmes, support change control and contribute to programme controls and recovery planning.

Lead and manage terrestrial ecology projects for transport, development, renewable energy and data centre clients. Plan and undertake ecological surveys, produce reports (habitat and species), design and deliver mitigation, liaise with regulators, manage budgets, supervise junior ecologists, and support fee proposals and client relationships.
