Lead and manage terrestrial ecology projects for transport, development, renewable energy and data centre clients. Plan and undertake ecological surveys, produce reports (habitat and species), design and deliver mitigation, liaise with regulators, manage budgets, supervise junior ecologists, and support fee proposals and client relationships.

Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project programmes and schedules for major infrastructure projects. Integrate design, procurement and construction activities, monitor progress against baselines, identify risks and critical path impacts, produce reports and dashboards, review contractor programmes, support change control, scenario/recovery planning, and implement planning best practices and programme controls.

Lead development and implementation of integrated project controls across major infrastructure projects. Establish frameworks, integrate cost/schedule/risk, manage reporting, dashboards and KPIs, support forecasting and change control, review contractor controls, and deliver assurance and stakeholder reporting.

Lead end-to-end delivery of design & build infrastructure projects (metro, rail, aviation, water, highways, tunnelling). Control scope, budget and programme; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and supply chain; manage contracts, risks, quality, regulatory compliance and project performance.

Manage cost planning, control and commercial performance for major infrastructure projects. Produce estimates, forecasts and reports; administer contracts (e.g. NEC4); support procurement, change management, risk and value engineering; liaise with stakeholders to ensure budgets and governance are maintained.

The Technical Director will provide leadership in coastal and maritime engineering, manage projects, develop teams, and enhance client relationships, focusing on sustainable solutions and business growth.

Provide on-site technical and NEC contract support across D&B infrastructure projects. Supervise construction, ensure compliance with scope, quality, HSSE and programme requirements, review contractor documents, witness testing, manage defects and handover, support claims and contract administration, maintain site records, and assist with reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Lead NEC contract and commercial management for large D&B infrastructure programmes across metro, rail, aviation, water and highways. Develop contract strategies, monitor contractor/consultant performance, manage claims/disputes, ensure technical assurance, produce commercial reports, manage contract interfaces, mentor a small team, and engage stakeholders across multidisciplinary organisations to deliver projects.

Lead delivery of major design & build infrastructure programmes in Ireland (metro, aviation, rail, water, highways). Accountable for project governance, commercial controls, contracts, programme and financial performance, stakeholder management, quality, health & safety and sustainability. Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, mitigate risks, and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Manage transport and infrastructure projects across UK, Ireland and Europe: lead design and construction processes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants, control scope/budgets/contracts/QA, run risk workshops, prepare reports/programmes (MS Project, Primavera P6) and presentations, manage bids and client relationships, and support delivery with occasional travel. Engage confidently with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Supervise day-to-day on-site construction for major infrastructure projects, ensure compliance with design, safety, quality and environmental standards, monitor contractor performance, review drawings and RAMS, record progress, coordinate stakeholders, support inspections and commissioning, and promote a strong safety culture.

Lead and grow Ramboll's Power Systems practice in the UK & Ireland. Set market strategy, influence clients (DNOs/TSOs/contractors), provide technical assurance against Grid Code and ENA standards, drive commercial performance, and develop senior teams to deliver transmission and distribution consultancy services supporting the energy transition.

Lead transport modelling and planning projects with emphasis on microsimulation (VISSIM), junction modelling (Junctions 10, LinSig), appraisal and transport evidence for planning, infrastructure and aviation. Provide technical leadership, project delivery, client engagement, team mentoring, QA of modelling outputs, and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
