Lead delivery of design & build (D&B) infrastructure projects across metro, aviation, rail, water and highways. Manage scope, budget, programme, multidisciplinary teams and supply chain interfaces, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance, oversee contracts and performance, mitigate risks, and drive integration across packages from concept to completion.

Provide on-site technical and NEC contract support across D&B infrastructure projects. Supervise construction, ensure compliance with scope, quality, HSSE and programme requirements, review contractor documents, witness testing, manage defects and handover, support claims and contract administration, maintain site records, and assist with reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Lead NEC contract and commercial management for large D&B infrastructure programmes across metro, rail, aviation, water and highways. Develop contract strategies, monitor contractor/consultant performance, manage claims/disputes, ensure technical assurance, produce commercial reports, manage contract interfaces, mentor a small team, and engage stakeholders across multidisciplinary organisations to deliver projects.

Lead delivery of major design & build infrastructure programmes in Ireland (metro, aviation, rail, water, highways). Accountable for project governance, commercial controls, contracts, programme and financial performance, stakeholder management, quality, health & safety and sustainability. Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, mitigate risks, and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Lead and manage terrestrial ecology projects across transport, commercial, residential, renewable energy and data centre developments. Plan and undertake ecological surveys, produce habitat and species reports, design and deliver mitigation, liaise with regulators, manage budgets and resources, supervise junior ecologists, contribute to proposals and client relationships, and prepare EIA/NIS content at Associate grade.

Lead and grow Ramboll's Power Systems practice in the UK & Ireland. Set market strategy, influence clients (DNOs/TSOs/contractors), provide technical assurance against Grid Code and ENA standards, drive commercial performance, and develop senior teams to deliver transmission and distribution consultancy services supporting the energy transition.
