Manage and control project documentation across large infrastructure programmes. Maintain CDE/document management systems, ensure version control, naming conventions, traceability, and workflows. Support audits, governance, archiving, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement to enable compliant and efficient project delivery.

Lead QA/QC activities on major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards and regulations. Manage inspections, audits, ITPs, non-conformances, testing and handover; liaise with contractors and stakeholders to mitigate quality risks and promote continuous improvement.

The Technical Director will provide leadership in coastal and maritime engineering, manage projects, develop teams, and enhance client relationships, focusing on sustainable solutions and business growth.
