Job Summary 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size electrification service projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.

Your Role and Responsibilities 

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. 
 
- Work model: Hybrid from our Dublin office   

 

  • Leading cross-functional teams and contractors through the project lifecycle and close-out phase by defining and executing the project plan.  

  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials, ensuring delivery within agreed budget and schedule. 

  • Identifying and managing project risks, while ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. 

  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, method statement, risk assessment, drawings, technical database and preparing handover documentation.  

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer inquiries and an escalation point for project issues 

  • Ensuring compliance with HSE and Quality standards throughout project execution. Identifying and recommending improvements to processes and procedures. 

 

 

Qualifications for the Role 

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience delivering Medium Voltage (MV) and/or Low Voltage (LV) products or projects within the electrification industry. 

  • You are highly skilled in project management methodologies with a demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, stakeholders and risk across complex projects. 

  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline. 

  • You are highly adept in electrical engineering principles, with strong technical understanding of MV/LV switchgear, power distribution systems and associated electrification services. 

  • You are passionate about customer satisfaction and stakeholder management, and innovative around continuous improvement and finding solutions in complex, fast-moving project environments. 

  • You are at ease communicating in English, with strong written and verbal skills to engage confidently with internal teams, subcontractors and external customers. 

  • You have a full Irish driving license and the right to work in Ireland.
