Own and improve marketing workflows and operational processes across the teams;
Manage marketing operations: meetings, documentation, Jira boards and Head of Marketing support in day-to-day issues;
Lead landing page operations - task planning, execution control, library maintenance, and continuous improvement;
Drive coordination between the internal and external teams;
Manage the marketing team’s project roadmap and ensure delivery;
Manage communication with third-party partners;
Embed AI tools and automation into day-to-day team workflows;
Own operational analytics and reporting for the marketing function;
Handle ad-hoc issues.
2+ years in a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role;
Solid understanding of iGaming business - how media buying, SMM, and marketing funnels work in the industry;
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
Proven command of PM methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, prioritization;
Experience working with landing pages - ordering, QA, and iteration cycles;
Basic AI tool proficiency is required; advanced usage is a strong advantage.
Comfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect clarity;
Takes ownership and drives results without being pushed;
Strong communicator - able to align cross-functional teams and negotiate with stakeholders;
Open, approachable, and easy to work with across different team cultures;
Proactive in spotting process gaps and proposing fixes before being asked.
