About the Role:

As a Project Manager for MCI, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of MCI Analytics and Insights platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as platform team, data teams, analytics teams, brand teams and experience managers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product enhancements and deployments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, Salesforce platform understanding and experience, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end MCI projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.​
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project progress, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and management.
  • Drive the creation and documentation of project requirements, including business and functional requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular project status updates, providing detailed reports on project metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success.
  • Manage the implementation and rollout of web analytics solutions, working closely with IT Platform team to ensure optimal system performance and integration.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in analytics and project management, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years of business experience in analytics, consulting and/or enterprise software experience is required, including demonstrated ability of stakeholder management
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce with strong focus Enterprise program management of implementation
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platforms and tools including good understanding of data and analytics domain
  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or SAFE implementation while using any industry specific project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem
  • Salesforce MCI certification. Other Program Management certifications is a plus
