About the Job
Project Management will drive governance, execution, and delivery of SRE tooling and infrastructure programs. This role partners with cross-functional IT, engineering, and security teams to ensure projects align with business objectives, reliability targets, and security standards. The position combines strategic program management with hands-on Scrum Master responsibilities across complex, multi-disciplinary technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (DC-NiCON, DCS, FeP, SRE, IT) to monitor progress and manage dependencies.
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering an Agile mindset.
- Support governance councils, manage project prioritization, portfolios, and error budgets.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reports covering project health, sprint status, budgets, and SRE SLOs.
- Create and manage project artifacts including charters, detailed plans, risk registers, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate change, release, and rollout of SRE tools and Infrastructure-as-Code updates.
- Manage stakeholder communications for greenfield and brownfield initiatives.
- Facilitate service transition and sustainment handoffs with complete documentation, training, and playbooks.
Required Skills
- Strong project and program management experience in technical focused environments
- Proven Scrum Master expertise with Agile delivery methodologies
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
- Ability to work across IT infrastructure, networking, and security domains
- Strong organizational skills in data management, dashboards, and document control
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Gantt charts, and reporting platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
Salary Range
45,280.00 - 56,600.00 EUR (Annual)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
