Coordinates IT operations across regional teams, colocation and facility providers, smart hands technicians, OEM vendors, and stakeholders. Manages tickets, SLAs, site access, shipments, RMAs, incidents, environmental compliance, handoffs, and status communications. Maintains records, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles while escalating risks and identifying process improvements. The role requires independent prioritization and collaboration in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Monitors and maintains optical and IP networks in a 24x7 NOC environment. Performs alarm triage, first-level troubleshooting, ticket management, incident escalation, documentation, shift handoffs, vendor coordination, and post-restoration checks. Supports maintenance activities and network changes while developing expertise in DWDM, CWDM, IP routing, and multi-vendor network equipment under the guidance of senior engineers.

Design, build, and maintain automation, monitoring, and CMDB integrations for large-scale physical security and network infrastructure. Provide day-to-day support for global CDN production and corporate networks, troubleshoot server and switch hardware, coordinate with ISPs and vendors, perform root cause analyses for outages, and participate in 24/7 support rotations. Work includes multi-vendor environments, fiber-optic infrastructure, and scripting for operational tasks.

Monitor alarms, triage and resolve incidents using SOPs/MOPs/runbooks; handle cloud tickets, support shift handovers, maintain documentation, coach junior staff, and drive process improvements to ensure SLA compliance and operational continuity.

Participate in a 24x5 on-call rotation supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
