Design, build, and maintain automation, monitoring, and CMDB integrations for large-scale physical security and network infrastructure. Implement IaC, automated remediation, custom exporters, patching pipelines, SLO/SLI enforcement, runbooks, and participate in 24x5 on-call rotation to ensure resilience and reduce operational toil.

Monitor infrastructure and service alerts, triage and respond to incidents, escalate issues, support major incidents and change activities, and coordinate with technical teams. Conduct preliminary root cause analysis, document incidents and findings, track corrective actions, maintain operational procedures, and improve monitoring, alerting, reliability, and response processes. Participate in on-call rotations and regional handovers across global operations teams.

Create and maintain clear process documents, installation/deployment guides, and knowledge-base content for IT operations. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to capture workflows, support audits, improve incident documentation, and ensure consistent documentation standards and usability.

Provide day-to-day support for global CDN production and corporate networks, troubleshoot server and switch hardware, coordinate with ISPs and vendors, perform root cause analyses for outages, and participate in 24/7 support rotations. Work includes multi-vendor environments, fiber-optic infrastructure, and scripting for operational tasks.

Design and implement automation for partner onboarding, data pipelines, ETL, reconciliation, and operational runbooks. Build API integrations, alerting, dashboards, and self-service tools to maintain partner data quality and streamline incident response.
