Monitor and triage optical and IP network health in a 24x7 NOC, respond to alarms and tickets, perform first-level troubleshooting, maintain ticket documentation, follow runbooks and escalation paths, support senior engineers, and assist with maintenance and shift handoffs.

Lead end-to-end emergent and strategic projects across cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, automation, AI integration, and tooling innovation. Serve as intake for issues and opportunities, manage crisis response and root-cause analysis, apply data-driven insights, build dashboards and SOPs, and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable process and performance improvements.

Lead emergent and strategic projects end-to-end across edge operations, driving automation, AI integration, process optimization, crisis response, and stakeholder alignment. Own intake, prioritization, execution, risk management, reporting, and change adoption while using data-driven insights and tooling to improve operational efficiency.
