Create and maintain clear IT operations documentation: process documents, runbooks, installation/deployment guides, and knowledge-base content. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to capture incident learnings, support audits, establish documentation standards, and continuously improve usability for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Design, build, and maintain automation, monitoring, and CMDB integrations for large-scale physical security and network infrastructure. Implement IaC, automated remediation, custom exporters, patching pipelines, SLO/SLI enforcement, runbooks, and participate in 24x5 on-call rotation to ensure resilience and reduce operational toil.
