Serve as intake for issues and opportunities, manage crisis response and root-cause analysis, apply data-driven insights, build dashboards and SOPs, and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable process and performance improvements.

The AI Automation Engineer III will lead AI-driven automation efforts, develop AI solutions, manage product backlogs, evaluate LLMs, and enhance IT services through automation and process improvements.
