Monitor infrastructure, alerts, and observability platforms; triage incidents; investigate server and service issues; support root-cause analysis, change monitoring, incident recovery, and post-incident reviews. Maintain incident records, SOPs, MOPs, runbooks, and operational reports. Coordinate with infrastructure and regional operations teams, manage handovers, escalate risks, support change windows, and participate in shift coverage and on-call rotations.

Supports global CDN deployments and production network infrastructure, troubleshooting server, switch, fiber-optic, ISP, and vendor issues. Assists with traffic queries, network incidents, outage root-cause analysis, and hardware replacements. Collaborates with ISPs, colocation facilities, service providers, and international teams while participating in 24/7 support rotations and occasional weekend work.

Coordinates IT operations across data centers, colocation providers, vendors, regional teams, and smart-hands technicians. Manages tickets, SLAs, site access, shipments, RMAs, incidents, outages, environmental issues, audits, and stakeholder updates. Maintains records, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base content while identifying process improvements. Supports 24/7 follow-the-sun coverage, escalates risks, and ensures compliance with security, safety, change-management, and operational requirements.
