What You’ll Do
In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned on project goals.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that electronic security systems meet high-quality standards and adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project progress and make adjustments to keep it on schedule.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change orders.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with project teams, including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure they have the resources and information needed to complete their tasks.
- Testing and Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of electronic security systems to ensure they function correctly.
- Client Support: Provide support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure they are satisfied with the project's outcome.
- Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- In-depth understanding of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control & life safety systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to electronic security systems.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software for planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Experience in project planning, time management, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
