Project Coordinator

PFH Technology are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Role Overview

To work alongside Project Managers & Service Director providing project coordination and support on multiple projects of varying sizes ensuing they are run effectively on time and within budget. 

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid/Swords, Dublin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for producing and maintaining Project Trackers. Status reports and Project Workbooks, to ensure that all project team members and stakeholders understand where the project is up to and all information is readily available.
  • Ensure the risk and issue logs are maintained and up to date with relevant information raising any issues and risks with the relevant Project Manager or Service Director and working on solutions, to ensure that risks and issues can be mitigated, or action taken to resolve problems.
  • Support the relevant Projects to manage all resource required for a specific project from varying functions within Ricoh, to ensure everybody completes their activities on time and inline with the project plan, including the production of the resource utitilisation reports. Ensure that the project is completed in line with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings with customer and other project stakeholders, to develop project strategies to aid the successful completion of projects.
  • Responsible for providing an effective administration support service to the relevant project for all aspects of the project including reporting, document library administration, to ensure the project runs smoothly with accurate data records

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Project Coordination
  • Process driven, with an analytical/logical approach to business tasks and needs.
  • Good understanding of Prince 2 methodology
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools
