As a Project Assistant, Independent Data Monitoring and Endpoint Adjudication (IDEA) at ICON, you will provide vital support in coordinating project activities, managing administrative tasks, and facilitate communication across departments.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering inclusion, diversity, and equity work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the IDEA project managers and teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and meeting minutes.
  • Managing project documentation and ensuring all relevant files, records, and data are up to date and accessible to the team.
  • Coordinating communication between cross-functional teams and departments to facilitate the smooth execution of projects.
  • Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials to support project progress and decision-making.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant inclusion, diversity, and equity experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in project administration or support within tech-driven projects is acceptable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments and diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to supporting innovative and data-driven projects.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
