The purpose of this role is to manage programmatic campaigns for a portfolio of clients, from brief right through to campaign close.

Job Description:

Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability 

  • Manage the delivery and optimisation of programmatic campaigns against campaign KPIs 

  • Work with planning teams to assist in the formulation of programmatic strategies in response to client briefs, leveraging previous campaign performance and experience, and an in-depth knowledge of Amnet’s core products and solutions.

  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis informing both optimisation recommendations in-campaign, in addition to future campaign strategies.

  • Be proactive with your client accounts ensuring application of best practice, innovation and a test and learn approach and ethos.

  • Function as the programmatic experts to display planning teams with a view to realising a programmatic-first approach for display within the group 

  • Work with the Programmatic Director to identify and act on recommendations and opportunities for revenue growth across your portfolio of clients. 

  • Build and develop excellent working relationships with display planning teams and deliver a high standard of service to them and their clients. 

  • Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers 

  • Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape as they relate to display and programmatic media. 

  • Manage, mentor and develop direct reports 

The Knowledge & Skills Needed

  • Strong knowledge of the display and programmatic landscape

  • The ability to produce programmatic plans to a high standard with accompanying rationales

  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy 

  • Experienced and competent in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Analytical and strategic ability 

  • Ability to manage and inspire others

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • Effective organisation and time management skills 

  • Makes relationships counts 

The Experience & Qualifications Needed 

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic media 

  • Broad understanding of other channels in the digital marketing mix 

  • Analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Some client and people management experience 

  • Financial acumen 

  • Effective time management, delegation and project management skills
