Are you a seasoned field marketer ready to lead strategic initiatives across international markets? At Toast, we’re powering the restaurant community through innovation and hospitality-driven technology. We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our International Marketing team and lead the charge in building and scaling high-impact regional marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue across Canada, the UK, and Ireland.

You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership, regional stakeholders, and global marketing teams to deliver integrated programs that strengthen market presence, accelerate sales opportunities, and deliver measurable ROI. This is a high-visibility, strategic role ideal for a senior marketer who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and has a track record of field marketing leadership in international B2B tech markets.

 About This Roll (Responsibilities):*
  • Own the international field marketing strategy, developing localized programs that support pipeline goals, market development, and long-term growth in Canada, the UK, and Ireland.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals, prioritize investments, co-develop playbooks, and ensure tight coordination between marketing activities and outbound sales efforts.
  • Lead integrated, multi-touch campaigns using a mix of field events, ABM, digital tactics, local partnerships, sponsorships, and community activations tailored to regional dynamics.
  • Oversee execution and optimization of Toast-hosted and third-party events (tradeshows, community events, executive dinners, pop-ups) – ensuring they build brand awareness and convert to qualified pipeline.
  • Drive field marketing innovation by piloting new approaches to in-market presence, from localized content and case studies to ambassador programs and market-specific activations.
  • Act as the voice of the international field—gather and share regional insights across Product, Sales, Brand, and Demand Gen to help shape GTM strategy and messaging.
  • Mentor junior marketers, fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Measure and report on program performance, including pipeline creation, conversion impact, engagement, and ROI. Provide insights to guide quarterly planning and resource allocation.
  • Own the budget and field calendar for all international markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and seamless coordination with global campaigns.
Do You Have the Right Ingredients? (Requirements):
  • 6–8 years of field marketing and demand generation experience, with at least 2 years owning strategy across multiple international markets.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales leaders to build pipeline-generating programs that align with GTM goals.
  • End-to-end experience with event planning and execution, from strategy and messaging to logistics and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ABM, localized campaign development, and the nuances of scaling field programs across regions.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, functions, and levels—from leadership conversations to local vendor negotiations.
  • Previous experience using marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with a strong focus on outcomes, accountability, and agility.
