In this role, you'll do the day to day delivery of programmatic display activity, with best in class management of campaigns to achieve set KPIs. You'll also support with the set-up, ongoing management and analysis of programmatic campaigns.

Job Description:

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to manage portfolio of programmatic clients, across all aspects. And in doing so, role model the behaviours and decision-making capabilities required to enable the programmatic media channel.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

  • Manage the delivery and optimisation of programmatic campaigns against campaign KPIs

  • Work with planning teams to assist in the formulation of programmatic strategies in response to client briefs, leveraging previous campaign performance and experience, and an in-depth knowledge of Amnet’s core products and solutions.

  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis informing both optimisation recommendations in-campaign, in addition to future campaign strategies.

  • Be proactive with your client accounts ensuring application of best practice, innovation and a test and learn approach and ethos.

  • Function as the programmatic experts to display planning teams with a view to realising a programmatic-first approach for display within the group

  • Work with the Programmatic Director to identify and act on recommendations and opportunities for revenue growth across your portfolio of clients.

  • Build and develop excellent working relationships with display planning teams and deliver a high standard of service to them and their clients.

  • Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers

  • Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape in-particular as they relate to display and programmatic media.

  • Manage, mentor and develop direct reports where needed

  • When required assist in the pitch process for either new or existing clients

  • Create both training and sales collateral to a high standard for use both internally and for clients

  • Carry out training and info sessions relating to programmatic for both internal and external stakeholders when required

  • Detailed and accurate programmatic plans with accompany rationale

  • Campaigns that are delivered on time and on budget to agreed KPIs

  • Insightful reporting and analysis

  • Financial accuracy

  • Development plans for direct reports

  • Client briefing (and in some cases strategy) with all media channels

Your Measures of Success/KPI’s

  • Performance against overall business  revenue targets

  • Creation and execution of client roadmaps

  • Stakeholder feedback

  • Team attrition and efficiency

  • Adherence to trading strategies

  • Consistent level of quality output for both internal and external stakeholders

The Knowledge & Skills You'll Need

  • Strong knowledge of the display and programmatic landscape

  • The ability to produce programmatic plans to a high standard with accompanying rationales

  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy

  • Experienced and competent in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Analytical and strategic ability

  • Ability to manage and inspire others

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • Effective organisation and time management skills

  • Makes relationships counts

What Experience & Qualifications You'll Need

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic media

  • Experience working with programmatic tech. (DSPs, Ad Servers, Verification Platforms)

  • Broad understanding of other channels in the digital marketing mix

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective time management, delegation and project management skills
