Duties & Responsibilities:
Internal Solutions:
- Coordinating collaboration with the Engineering Team
- Coordinating functionality requests and escalation to the Engineering
- Reporting for sync-up calls with Development, Product and QA
- Coordinating collaboration of the teams on product support and processes
- Consistent quality customer support driving
- Creating and maintaining knowledge content
- Continuous support and knowledge management process optimization
- Consistent driving of customer support efficiency through automation and knowledge management
- Consistent driving of technical product and technology expertise in the team
- Owning department efficiency KPIs
Customer Solutions:
- Rapid prototyping of solutions to demonstrate feasibility and gather user feedback, leveraging a variety of tools and technologies
- Collaborating with development teams to translate prototypes into production-ready solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices.
- Develop detailed requirements and specifications for technology solutions
- Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms
- Create detailed design documents, including blueprints, diagrams, and flowcharts
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices
- Coordinate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Expertise in various programming languages (e.g., JavaScirpt, Python), data visualization platforms, knowledge or database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and LLM applications.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of data management, databases (SQL and NoSQL), data and system integrations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
