👋 A little about us

We’re building -or trying to- the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Documentation is rapidly changing, and there’s plenty left to explore. That’s why we’re looking for a Product Marketer who’s strategic, bold, and unafraid to take calculated risks. If you thrive on thinking beyond lists and checkboxes, we’d love to meet you. If you believe in fixed formulas, we’re probably not the right fit.

✍️ What you will be doing
  • Shape our product story, positioning and messaging across all channels from the website to communities.

  • Drive GTM strategy: plan and execute product launches and campaigns that increase top of the funnel.

  • Partner with Product & Sales to enable winning pitches and customer conversations

  • Build feedback loops from users, data, and market insights into product and GTM

🏢 Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing.

  • Portfolio that demonstrates high-quality case studies.

  • Experience working with or contributing to a Technical product. You can understand our technical users and customers and trends in the industry.

  • Strong communication skills: both through content and within the team.

  • Founding product marketers or experience in early stage is highly valuable.

📋 The hiring process
  1. Discovery Call (30 min) with our People Team to get to know you and your goals.

  2. Hiring Manager interview (60 min) with Sara, our CEO, to dive deeper into your experience and skills.

  3. Portfolio Review / Case Study (60 min) with peers. Walk us through your process and craft.

  4. CoFounder + CEO Interview (30 min) for healthy alignment to answer your final questions

*This process is not set in stone.
